Tip 1: Use the finder
It took a while before I was used to using this function, but now I can’t live without it. With the finder you can switch quickly between Elementor pages and your dashboard settings in Elementor. That way you don’t have to close Elementor all the time and search the page again in WordPress. So you can save a lot of time! You can use the Finder anywhere in WordPress. Use the shortcut for this: CMD / CTRL + E.
Tip 2: Use the Elementor templates
Yes .. this might be a bit obvious, but worth mentioning. You do not always have to reinvent the wheel. Do you not yet have a design for a website? Or are you not yet completely at home with Elementor? Then simply use a standard template from the Elementor library . You can find the library if you edit a page with Elementor. Click on the ‘folder’ icon and the library will appear. You will undoubtedly find more beautiful templates when you google with this keyword ‘Elementor templates’.
Tip 3: Work with the navigator
With the Elementor navigator you can easily keep an overview of your page. You can also use the navigator to quickly and easily move sections / columns / widgets to another location. Especially useful when you are creating long pages. You will find the navigator at the bottom left of your Elementor panel.
Tip 4: Use the hotkeys
Switch quickly between pages or settings? Save something, undo a change, open the Elementor library or use the finder? If you work with Elementor you can use numerous keyboard shortcuts to get things done quickly. Super handy!
Tip 5: Save your Elementor templates
Have you made a nice template? For yourself or for a customer? Then save it so that you can use it again. Whether or not for your own website. You have to save it as template from the Triangle option of Publish button as illustrated below.

Tip 6: Find the solution in Elementor first
By this I mean that Elementor replaces many plugins on your website. Sometimes you spend hours looking for that one plugin and then it turns out that you can just do it with Elementor.
I can guarantee that if you go with elementor and element pack plugin, you won’t need any other plugins for regular websites. You may consider Elementor Pro alongside element pack as pro version provides some great benefits.
